Who We Are
We didn't start as AI consultants.
We spent a combined 28 years at Nike — leading strategy, finance, operations, and digital commerce across global markets. We managed P&Ls for multi-billion-dollar businesses, built international market strategies, and led teams of 20+ across six countries and five time zones.
Then we started using AI to solve our own operational problems. Automating email triage. Building reporting systems. Designing workflows that saved hours every week. Other businesses noticed — and started asking for help.
That's how W&W started. Not with a pitch deck — with real problems we solved for ourselves first.
Two partners. One focuses on where your business should go. The other makes sure you get there.
Strategy without execution is a slideshow. Execution without strategy is busy work. You get both.

Strategy & Client Partnerships
Brady Wolford
Brady spent nearly 13 years at Nike building commercial strategy across global markets — managing P&Ls for $2B+ businesses, leading teams across six countries, and serving as Chief of Staff to a VP overseeing 75+ people. He ran Nike's SNKRS app across Asia Pacific and Latin America. Before Nike, he cut his teeth as a financial analyst reporting directly to a CEO and Board of Directors.
Along the way, he started using AI tools to solve his own operational headaches: automating email workflows, building reporting digests, designing systems that saved hours every week. When other businesses started asking how he did it, the consulting practice was a natural next step.
At W&W, Brady handles strategy and client relationships — he's the one asking "what problem are we actually solving?" before anyone touches a tool.

Operations & Delivery
Marc Wargo
Marc spent 15+ years at Nike in operations — digital commerce, store operations, project management, and the kind of cross-functional coordination that makes large organizations actually function. He owned business performance for a major digital commerce platform, built the operating rhythms and decision frameworks that kept it running at scale, and led planning across merchandising, operations, and technology teams.
He's the person who turns a whiteboard idea into a working system. At W&W, Marc leads delivery: he's in the room during implementation, building the workflows, training the team, and making sure everything works the way it's supposed to after the consultants leave.
That last part matters. A lot of consulting firms hand you a strategy deck and wish you luck. Marc makes sure you never need luck.

Our Approach
Business first, technology second.
We diagnose the problem before we prescribe the tool. Most AI consultants start with the technology and go looking for problems to solve. We do it the other way around.
Built for businesses like yours.
We're not enterprise consultants working down-market. We built this practice for firms with 10–75 employees — big enough to have real complexity, small enough that every dollar matters.
We stay.
We don't deliver and disappear. We stay engaged to make sure systems keep working, find new opportunities, and grow with your business.
